I am also an In-Person and Live-Virtual Trainer, Personal Development Coach (life, business, goals, personal self awareness/healing), Yoga Instructor and Nutritionist based in Columbus, OH.  

 

My fitness journey started 10+ years ago on my living room floor …no gym membership, and only a ball, resistance bands, and a set of weights! From there I went on to compete on stages like the Arnold Sports Festival and others, and was published in multiple industry fitness magazines – including Muscle & Fitness Hers.

I’m SuperMom (on my best days) to two amazing kids and a Golden Doodle named Acacia.
